Carriers using ECOURI are independent contractors and not employees or agents of ECOURI. Carriers are responsible for completing deliveries in accordance with applicable laws and reasonable care standards.

7. User Responsibilities
  • Ensure items are legal and safe to transport
  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery details
  • Be available at the agreed time for collection and delivery
8. Prohibited Items

ECOURI may not be used to transport illegal, hazardous, stolen, or restricted goods. ECOURI reserves the right to cancel any delivery that violates these restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ECOURI platform, including logos, trademarks, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to ECOURI. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECOURI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of goods or delays caused by carriers or external factors.

11. Termination

ECOURI may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if these Terms are violated.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
