1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel a delivery booking through the ECOURI app before a carrier has been assigned or before pickup occurs.

2. Cancellation Fees
  • No charge if cancelled before carrier assignment
  • Partial charges may apply if a carrier is already en route
3. Non-Refundable Situations

Cancellations caused by incorrect pickup details, prohibited items, or user unavailability may not be eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
